CSOnetMADE OYO STATE visits the OFFICE OF MIGRATION & HOMELAND SECURITY

On 28th January 2026, Civil Society Network on Migration and Development (CSOnetMADE) Oyo State visited the office of the Special Adviser to the Oyo State Government on Migration and Homeland Security on Advocacy.

The coalition was led by the State Coordinator, Dr. OLATUNJI Oluwabukola and other Six (6) Organizations to familiarize with the Special Adviser purposely to strengthen the working relationship; seek support of collaboration and partnership for the 2026 Action Plan deliveries; the process of popularizing the 2025 National Migration Policy, it’s implementation and the State Coordination.

In his remarks, the Special Adviser to the Oyo State Government, ACG Segun Adegoke Rtd acknowledged the efforts of the coalition towards effective and efficient delivery in migration pathways, he promised the support of the State Government and readiness for collaboration as sustainable development can only be achieved through the involvement of all stakeholders.

Mr Toyosi of Rays of Hope Community Foundation expressed the team gratitude to our host on behalf of the coalition.
